Client Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join our Marketing Services Division. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Channel Partners and their clients to ensure successful marketing project execution, enhance partner engagement, and drive product adoption.

About the Job

As a Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) in the Marketing Services Division, your primary mission is to build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and their clients. You will manage and execute marketing projects efficiently, ensuring that partners are onboarded quickly, their needs are addressed, and they are fully satisfied with our Marketing Services products. Your role is essential in delivering a world-class customer experience, mitigating client churn, and driving operational efficiency. Your Impact

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you'll work closely with Channel Partners, local businesses, and internal stakeholders to:

  1. Establish and nurture exceptional relationships with partners and local businesses, serving as the primary point of contact for all Marketing Services products.
  2. Facilitate seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders to support client needs and deliver a superior customer experience.
  3. Oversee the onboarding process for your portfolio of SMBs, ensuring they are well-versed in Vendasta’s offerings through comprehensive training sessions and product demonstrations.
  4. Proactively manage client expectations, identifying and addressing potential issues early to prevent churn, and monitoring account health to ensure fulfillment and client engagement tasks are completed efficiently.
  5. Contribute to strategies that expand the client base, drive revenue growth, and increase product adoption while managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table

You possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you have a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Must-Have Experience:

  1. 2+ years of experience in account management with North American clients.
  2. Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing products, including social media platforms, search engine marketing, website creation, and online reputation management (e.g., Google/Bing, Facebook/Meta, Wix/Duda/WordPress, Reviews, Listing Claiming, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  3. Superior comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills in North American English, with proper phone and email etiquette.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and think on your feet.
  6. Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, Display Network, LinkedIn, and Amazon.
  2. Familiarity with customer ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and call center phone systems.
  3. Initiative-driven, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and explore new approaches.
