How You’ll Make a Difference

When a new client contacts Litco Law, our Client Solutions are the first ones they speak with. The Client Solutions team is responsible for making that first connection with potential clients and ensuring that every interaction with us is positive right from day one. We are committed to ensuring that anyone contacting our team, whether over the phone or in person, receives immediate assistance and is left with a positive impression of our team.

As the first point of contact for all incoming callers, the Client Solutions Receptionist will be responsible for answering all back of house main line calls and operating a multi-line phone system to make sure no caller is left waiting for our help. They will ensure that all clients are left with a fantastic first impression of our firm through warm, welcoming service.

You Will

  1. Establish trust and confidence in our firm's services by providing exceptional client service to all callers.
  2. Answer all incoming phone calls and operate a multi-line phone system to make sure no call is missed or ignored.
  3. Assist clients by answering questions or directing inquiries to the correct desk, whether that be over the phone, email, or live chat.
  4. Answer initial calls from prospective clients and obtain basic information about injuries and incidents before transferring new leads to our Client Intake Specialists.
  5. Correctly track all incoming client calls in our file management software and communicate issues or follow-up requirements with other team members.
  6. Be available to assist other departments or team members with ongoing client communications and administrative tasks as needed.
  7. Help clients find a solution, even if we’re not it.

Who You Are

  1. Have been complimented on your excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  2. Love working with people and providing support to clients and team members.
  3. Can think outside the box and be creative in resolving client concerns.
  4. Know how to prioritize and manage your tasks effectively.
  5. Have exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  6. Can work efficiently and with integrity under pressure.
  7. Have experience in a client service, call centre, or retail related field.
