Overview

As the Client Solutions Manager on the Select team, you will provide outstanding client service to Gallagher's Small Medium Clients. You will manage an existing portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle, handling policy updates, and building relations with insurers and marketing policies.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Support a designated portfolio of small and medium business clients, leading in business retention and relationship building
• Evaluate accounts at renewal, place coverage, re-market when needed, and adhere to carrier binding authority
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining quick turnaround times
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, creating quality leads, and collaborating with Account Executives
• Stay updated on new products and policy changes to enhance market knowledge
• Work with Account Executives on cross-selling and resource access within Gallagher

About You

• You are solution-oriented, offering resourceful and innovative solutions to clients
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building deep client relationships and collaborative partnerships
• You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, prioritizing effectively to exceed expectations
• You have a keen eye for detail, contributing to your past successes
• You are highly tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and tools
• 2-3+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering or Underwriting experience is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CAIB, CIP, CRM are highly valued
• Active provincial licensing, with additional licensing considered an asset
• Knowledge of EPIC system is a plus
