Client Solutions Manager, Financial Services | Responsable des solutions clients, Services financiers

The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group is a problem solving, solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, leverage analytical skills, and develop platform and product in-depth knowledge to become a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and measurement to some of the largest and most strategic advertisers in Canada. With proven understanding of performance & brand marketing, this role is responsible for driving revenue through experimentation, optimizing complex opportunities and developing trusted relationships across our clients and their agency partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a product & insights consultant, in partnership with Client Partner, to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners.
  2. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, content, marketing partners, etc.).
  3. Craft narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders.
  4. Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results and present recommendations.
  5. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership.
  6. Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments.
  7. Manage account operations (troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.).
  8. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 6+ years of experience in online advertising/online media or alike.
  2. Understanding of Meta's advertising products and solutions.
  3. Demonstrated experience analyzing datasets and delivering insights in Excel, Google Suite and Business Intelligence Tools (ex. Tableau).
  4. Experience in analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights.
  5. Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases.
  6. Experience working with diverse set of cross-functional teams.
  7. Knowledge and experience with data querying (e.g., SQL).
  8. Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (for example R, SAS, SPSS).
  9. Experience with business case modeling and market/opportunity sizing.
  10. Background or familiarity with Financial Services and/or insurance category.
