As an Analyst in our Client Shared Services, Trade Agreement Services team you will Negotiate various types of trading documentation related to global capital markets trading platforms.

What will you do?

  • Negotiates and reviews amendments and other documents in relation to fund-related repo, securities lending, ISDA, FX, and Futures trading agreements

  • Updates Trading Documentation Group systems to reflect status of negotiations and to capture information from completed agreements

  • Takes a lead for Trade Agreement Services in discussions with other onboarding teams, including the investment manager relationship team, about improving the fund onboarding process, in particular the use of online systems

  • Mentor and oversee student analysts in various tasks

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What is needed to succeed in the role?
Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or computing

  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and very high level of accuracy

  • Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle significant and diverse workload.

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to evaluate critically and manage information obtained from multiple sources

  • Ability to work effectively independently with a minimum of supervision and in a team environment

  • Ability to work under constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
