A global scientific testing firm is looking for a Client Services Support representative in Ontario. This role involves supporting the Client Services team, managing client accounts, ensuring high-quality service, and assisting with business development. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service focus, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a relevant degree or diploma. Bilingual in French and English is preferred.

Client Services Support, Eastern Canada (CS2)
Location: ALS Geochemistry, Sudbury
Reports to: Director of Client Services, Geochemistry, North America
This role supports the North America Client Services team by handling a variety of responsibilities, including daily operations, managing interdivisional and small client accounts, onboarding new clients, and assisting with client appreciation events and business development activities. The goal is to ensure clients receive accurate, efficient service while upholding a high professional standard both internally and externally.
