About the role

The Client Services Manager will lead and support the daily operations and service delivery across the Pacific Region. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee performance at multiple sites. The role involves overseeing scheduling, compliance, training, incident response, and maintaining communication with clients and staff. It plays a vital role in meeting contractual obligations and achieving regional performance goals through leadership and strategic oversight.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted security solutions advisor.
  2. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring service excellence and contract compliance.
  3. Develop and implement security solutions tailored to client needs.
  4. Ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
  5. Manage new business start-ups and transition planning.
  6. Lead incident response and manage critical situations.
  7. Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular performance reports.
  8. Negotiate contract renewals and rate adjustments.
  9. Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified security professionals.

Knowledge requirements:

  • Understanding of relevant government and security legislation in British Columbia.
  • Knowledge of security operations, including schedule management, security systems, incident reporting, and installation.
  • Financial acumen related to margin maintenance, client/site financial analysis, and spend control.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial security operations experience.
  • Successful track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Operational experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience drafting policies, procedures, reports, and duty rosters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
  • Understanding of financial and cost drivers in security.
  • Sales or management training is an asset.
