Job summary

Aosgroup is seeking a Client Services Manager to own the client experience across Services and Solutions from initial request to completion. You will coordinate service delivery, manage ticket flow and the full lifecycle, aligning schedules, budgets and risks while translating technical information for clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring MSP/IT services experience, strong IT knowledge (infrastructure, networks, cloud, security) and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or operational roles in an MSP or IT services environment.
• Ability to understand IT environments, assess requirements and coordinate resources.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for service updates and escalations.
• Oversee service requests flow from intake through resolution.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and client stakeholders during delivery.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and delivery quality, addressing concerns proactively.
• Improve workflows and documentation to reduce manual work and gaps.
