Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, organized, and tech-savvyClient Services Coordinatorwith a keen eye for detail, to be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming phone calls and emails to schedule counselling sessions and provide information about our services, and greeting clients as they come in. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients feel supported and cared for from their very first interaction with UIC.
