Job Description

As a Client Services Analyst at Numerator, you’ll be a vital member of our team, supporting a core set of clients through ad-hoc projects and analyses. Your responsibilities include guiding client users on Numerator’s Insights platform and leveraging our consumer panel data to deliver analytical insights and recommendations. Our clients include Fortune 100 companies and fast-growing strategic customers across CPG, Retail, Electronics, Durable Goods, and Quick-Serve Restaurants.

  1. Guide client users on Numerator’s Insights platform to navigate the system, interpret results, and design reports to answer their key business questions.
  2. Leverage Numerator’s proprietary consumer panel data to execute and deliver insights that increase sales and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of Numerator’s data, solutions, and services, including their key differentiators.
  4. Discover and explore interesting consumer behavior insights for presentation in industry forums, articles, whitepapers, and blog posts.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Desired experience in CPG, Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, or Consumer Insights roles, or as a service provider to these functions.
  • Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
  • Knowledge of enterprise software applications for retail and consumer goods industries (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, NPD, Dunnhumby).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence software such as Microstrategy, Tableau, QlikView, or Business Objects.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships as a trusted business partner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, especially in customer-facing scenarios.
  • Proven analytical skills: conceptualizing, analyzing, deriving insights, and designing execution plans.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality results promptly.
