    This a permanent positionin a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our St. Thomas office.

    What you will be doing:

    • You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
    • You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
    • You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
    • You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
    • You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

    Skills needed for success:

    • Preferably a RN or RPN wih activeregistration and in good standing with college of nurses of Ontario
    • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
    • Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
    • Highly organized andability to multitask is essential for this position.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset but not required.
    • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
