Client Service Representative

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Client Service Representative is responsible for providing a high level of direct contact client service in support of the delivery of all MASC and MASC administered programming including client intake and pathfinding for Manitoba Agriculture. The incumbent will provide support for the other service centre Product Specialists and in support of the Office Administrator.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

? Post-secondary education in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

? Experience performing clerical/administrative support duties including reception related duties, typing/processing correspondence, data entry, receiving payments and preparing bank deposits, tracking and distribution of documents and file maintenance.

? Experience interpreting and explaining programs, policies, procedures, and regulations.

? Experience providing a high level of customer focus and follow up to enhance overall customer experience.

? Ability to maintain accuracy and pay attention to detail.

? Ability to maintain confidentiality.

? Experience using Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, Outlook) in a cloud-based environment.

? Knowledge of basic accounts receivable.

? General knowledge of the agriculture industry.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

? Sales experience is an asset.

? Ability to communicate verbally in both official languages (French and English), is an asset.
