Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Service Representative to join its Personal and Business Banking team in Meadow Lake. You will work in a fast-paced Banking Center, helping clients with day-to-day banking needs, answering questions, and processing transactions.

You’ll be the first line of support, connecting clients to the right team members to reach their financial goals, and you’ll travel between centres as needed. You are customer-focused, goal-oriented, and passionate about people.

Qualifications

  • Ability to help clients with day-to-day banking needs and questions.
  • Focus on delivering a great client experience and connecting clients to the right team.
  • Confidence using mobile banking apps and digital tools to assist clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with their accounts and products in a fast-paced Banking Center.
  • Answer questions, process transactions, and refer to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Maintain on-site presence and flexibility to work hours including evenings and weekends within travel distance.

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, you’ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience, you’re flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
