What you'll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center, using your knowledge of financial services products to assist clients with their daily banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you'll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members, serving as the first point of support as clients work towards their financial goals. Flexibility to work during our banking hours, which may include evenings and weekends, is required. You should be willing to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
