Overview

Client service representative, 35h/weekly - Granby, QC at CIBC. This role involves working in a fast-paced Banking Center, helping clients with day-to-day banking needs, answering questions, assisting with transactions, and connecting clients with the right team members to help them reach their financial goals. The position may require work during evenings and weekends and travel between multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, youll be on-site in a Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to support clients. Youll respond to inquiries, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the appropriate specialists to deliver a great client experience.

How You'll Succeed
  • Client engagement - Help clients manage their accounts and products. Focus on the client experience and connect clients with the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals.
  • Problem solving - Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the clients shoes. Take accountability for client issues and know when to involve others to create a better solution together.
  • Leveraging technology - Become a technology expert. Introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help manage their banking needs.
