Responsibilities
- Assist the customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
- Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.
- Comprehensive Customer Assistance: Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to customers' general inquiries.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.
Gig Details
- Earn $21.50 CAD per hour.
- Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee.
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week; you can work more hours if you would like to.
- Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday: 7:30am-11:00pm EST (Peak: 9:00am-4:00pm EST) Saturday: 7:30am-8:00pm EST (Peak: 7:30am-8:00pm EST) Sunday: 9:00am-8:00pm EST (Peak: 11:00am-3:00pm EST).
Experience & Skills Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
- Must render at least 20 hours per week following the Operating / Peak Hours stated above.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
