What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Representative (East)

When our clients have questions, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage relationships and provide excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience with efficient, flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSRs are attention to detail and communication skills. Working in a fast-paced office supporting sales agents, you'll be the go-to person for questions from colleagues.

If you excel at:

  • Customer Service

  • Handling high volumes of requests promptly and accurately

  • Assisting team members

  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure quick and accurate information flow

If you have:

  • Post-secondary education (College or University)

  • At least 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • A team-first mentality
