What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Representative (East)

When our clients have questions, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a great experience with efficient, flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSRs are attention to detail and communication skills. Working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents, you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.

We want your talent!

If you are great at:

  1. Customer Service

  2. Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner

  3. Assisting team members

  4. Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

If you have:

  1. Post-Secondary education (College or University)

  2. 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience

  3. Exceptional communication skills

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  5. Team-first mentality
