Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the face and first voice of our Agency. You would work 4 or 5 days per week. As clients walk in, call in, or email, you would assist in directing the clients to the correct person at the Agency. You would also assist with client payments, basic account questions, changes, additional sales, and scheduling review appointments with our Advisors.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications : You would be required to obtain your Other Than Life (OTL) General Insurance License if not already held. Previous insurance experience in property and casualty disciplines such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service would be an asset.
