ATB Financial is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our branch, delivering essential banking services and building meaningful client relationships. You will understand their financial needs, offer personalized solutions, educate them on digital tools, and connect them with the right resources to empower their finances.

This is a 12‑month, unionized assignment based at the Sherwood Park Lakeland Ridge branch, with Wednesday evening and Saturday shifts on

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to handle basic banking tasks.
• Able to work as part of a flexible, collaborative team.
• Familiarity with personal lending is a plus; banking experience preferred.
• Post-secondary business courses are an asset.

Responsibilities
