Our Client Service Team operates 365 days per year with consistent schedules, including day shifts and an evening and weekend rotation.

What you'll do:

  • Assign client visits to nurses and home support workers based on local geography, client needs, and continuity of care, following collective agreement guidelines and established planning procedures.
  • Receive and process client referrals and updates, respond to inquiries from clients, doctors, and service providers, handle scheduling changes, and perform administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure adequate staffing levels and quality client care, and forecast weekly staffing needs.
  • Support clients, nurses, and home support workers to ensure the delivery of quality care.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, meeting daily and weekly scheduling deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information related to clients, colleagues, and operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

What you need:

  • University/College education preferred; High School Diploma required
  • Office Administration or Medical Terminology Certificate, or equivalent experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, faxing software, and database management
  • Experience in logistics or scheduling environments; familiarity with Procura is an asset
  • Experience in healthcare settings is an asset
  • Customer service experience in a contact center is an asset
  • Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
  • Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check required at employment start
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required

Working conditions involve a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activities such as lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, sitting, standing, and climbing stairs. Tasks may require fine motor skills.
