  • Work Schedule: Days with evening and weekend rotation (7-3pm / 10-6pm / 2-10pm; rotating every second weekend)

Our Client Service Team operates 365 days a year with consistent schedules, including day shifts and rotations involving evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Assign client visits to nurses and support workers, considering geography, client needs, and care continuity, following collective agreement guidelines and procedures
  • Manage daily activities such as processing referrals, responding to inquiries, scheduling changes, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure adequate staffing and quality care delivery, including forecasting weekly needs
  • Support clients and staff to ensure quality care
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, meeting scheduling deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; University/College education preferred
  • Office Administration or Medical Terminology certificates are assets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and database management
  • Experience in logistics or scheduling, familiarity with Procura or healthcare environment is an asset
  • Customer service experience, union experience are assets
  • Criminal Records Check required at start

This role involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, reaching, and walking, with a need for good body mechanics.
