This role supports Investment Advisors (IAs) and their teams, assisting with daily administration, client service, and relationship management to contribute to the success of the portfolio. The position involves coordinating marketing activities, preparing for client meetings, handling client requests, generating reports, maintaining client records, supporting technology use, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role aims to develop strong client relationships and support investment needs, working collaboratively within the team and community. Responsibilities also include safeguarding assets, maintaining confidentiality, and completing diverse tasks within established rules.

Qualifications :

  • Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of wealth management operations and financial products is an asset
  • Familiarity with financial planning and investment industry software
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook within 18 months of hire
  • Completion of 30-day BMO NB Investment Representative Licensing Program
  • Good communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills

Salary : $32,400.00 - $48,300.00
