How You’ll Make An Impact

As a vital team member, you’ll create a welcoming environment for clients, providing exceptional service throughout their hearing journey. You’ll build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client.

  • Customer Service : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer care. Greet clients, manage inbound calls and emails, and respond to inquiries professionally and warmly.
  • Appointment Scheduling : Manage and adjust clinician schedules, book appointments, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Clinic Maintenance : Keep the clinic tidy and organized, ensuring supplies are stocked and the waiting area is welcoming.
  • Administrative Support : Assist clinicians with maintaining client files, managing stock orders, and supporting clinic operations. Handle basic hearing aid maintenance, assist with events, and promote local initiatives.
  • Accounting & Insurance : Process payments, track insurance claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain inventory with attention to detail for smooth financial operations.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
