What is the opportunity?

This role is responsible to provide top quality client service to an assigned group of foreign insurance, domestic insurance and offshore banking clients by dealing with and responding to custody related queries and requests. The role will provide a positive client experience through successful completion of all day-to-day account activities while maintaining and strengthening partnerships with clients, addressing their needs and creating value. In addition, the client representative is accountable for ensuring all risk management and compliance policies specific to the position are adhered to.

What will you do?

  • Respond promptly and accurately to daily client queries and requests within SLA
  • Investigate and resolve all responses, researching further information as appropriate and dealing directly with the client using a consultative partnership approach.
  • Anticipate issues and proactively work to address concerns before they escalate.
  • Process day-to-day free asset transfers (non-transitions related)
  • Ensure all issues are logged on MCV as cases or quick hits.
  • Advise Manager of all significant issues, suggesting ways to resolve
  • Maintain professional and productive working relationship with all business partners; working alongside them to ensure a successful resolution of clients’ issues.
  • Research and follow-up on overdraft positions on a daily basis
  • Manage and complete various components of the audit request (i.e. financial statement, cash flow activity analysis/explanations)
  • Process and validate On-line & Manual Interest Adjustments.

  • University or college degree (preferred)
  • Industry related courses
  • Client service experience
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional relationships
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience
