Position Summary

The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) manages and executes the firm's Client Relationship Management Plan, overseeing client contact, appreciation programs, satisfaction surveys, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Contact Plan Management: Maintain and execute the plan based on client tiers, schedule meetings, ensure contact standards, monitor activities, and report metrics.
2. Client Appreciation Program Coordination: Manage appreciation activities, including gratuities, events, and seasonal activities, ensuring timely execution.
3. Client Satisfaction Surveys: Design, distribute, analyze surveys, and report findings with recommendations.
4. Client Tier Maintenance: Keep client classifications updated based on revenue and profile changes.
5. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist with engagement reports, collateral, CRM data, and campaign support.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in client-facing, sales support, or marketing coordination roles, preferably in professional services or health and safety.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Performance Metrics

• Compliance with contact plans, timely appreciation activities, survey response rates, accuracy of client data, and support for marketing initiatives.
