You will guide clients through processes with tailored solutions while collaborating with partners and internal teams to ensure a superior experience.

The role requires excellent communication in English and French, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment that supports collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a contact centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Autonomy, sound judgment, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Advanced level of English and French is required, with daily communication with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized customer service by phone, email, and other channels.
• Take ownership of customer requests from first contact to resolution.
• Analyze client needs to provide accurate information and tailored advice.
• Explain products, contractual clauses, eligibility, and cancellation processes.
• Assist clients with completing forms and submitting required documentation.
• Monitor pending files and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with retailers, partners, and financial institutions to facilitate requests.
• Maintain complete and accurate records adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and the achievement of the team's service objectives.
