Job description

We are looking for a bright, motivated, and results-driven Client Relations employee to join our GTA operations. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Development, this GTA-based position will play a critical role in the company's growth as we expand our presence in Ontario and beyond. It is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional interested in sales, client relations, and marketing to contribute to Normac's growth.

The role will build upon and reinforce Normac's market position by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic relationships with real estate professionals, and supporting marketing initiatives. The work is diverse, challenging, and rewarding, allowing you to be hands-on and wear multiple hats as we expand. This is a full-time work-from-home position, but regular travel throughout Ontario is required for events and meetings.

Required Education :
Job Responsibilities :
  • Maintain and expand existing business relationships to maximize revenue through meetings, lunch-and-learns, and other events.
  • Identify, qualify leads, and close new clients across Ontario, supporting the team in other provinces as needed.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and external events to promote Normac.
  • Represent Normac at industry association events, golf tournaments, and other gatherings.
  • Host and manage virtual presentations, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
  • Support the proposal sales cycle as required.
  • Develop marketing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to regional marketing materials, including blog posts and social media.
  • Gain industry knowledge through education, publications, networks, and professional organizations.
Skills and Qualification Requirements :
  • Perform administrative support or other duties as needed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, client relations, or marketing.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude focused on client satisfaction.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to various audiences.
  • Ability to strategize, understand markets, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Consistent track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated.
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software and graphic design is an asset.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle for business travel, with expenses reimbursed per company policy.
