Job summary

DATA Communications Management Corp. (DCM) in Mississauga is seeking a Client Production Specialist to guide projects from start to finish, partnering with clients, agencies, and internal teams to support creative development, build and manage production schedules, and conduct post-project job analyses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic communications management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of client-facing experience in the print industry.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive digital files, prepare digital dockets, and ensure proofs are delivered on time.
• Review proofs, update production, and forward approved files to the digital team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and production teams.
• Provide daily job status updates and secure approvals including any costs.
• Keep the Production Manager informed of concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hold a job plan meeting with Digital and Press Managers to address issues before plating.
