Our Client's Banking & Financial Services Sector provides industry-leading solutions across IT and Business Operations, including Investment Management and Asset Servicing, Global Markets, Wealth Management, Data Management, Post-trade Services, and Risk and Compliance.

They have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive (AE) / Client Partner (BFSI) to manage a growing portfolio of strategic growth accounts within the BFSI domain, based in Toronto, Canada . This role is primarily sales-focused and responsible for growth targets and individual Profit & Loss metrics of the accounts. You will direct the organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio, including vision setting, annual account planning, identifying key growth opportunities, proactive client value creation, and overall financial health of accounts. The Client Partner will drive profitable growth by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery, aiming to make the client successful and committed long-term through a trusted advisor relationship.

Qualifications :

  • Ideally, 8-10+ years of experience pitching, presenting, and selling IT Portfolio Services to C-level clients.
  • Banking & Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
  • Progressive experience as a Profit & Loss owner.
  • Broad experience selling various SI / IT Services across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and others.
  • Consistently exceeding targets in revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
  • Robust knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies to collaborate with offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across internal teams within various service lines to anchor the account.
