A leading digital transformation firm in Montreal is seeking a skilled onboarding specialist to coordinate client processes and collaborate with various departments. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry, strong customer relations skills, and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks. By joining our “onboarding team,” you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic group of industry professionals who work with senior management, sales teams, legal, and risk to facilitate the new business pipeline. Our team uses its expertise, experience, technology, and relationships within the company to manage the entire client onboarding process.
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. English is required as the person in this position will be required to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners outside Quebec.
