Businesses that are on HighPath use it to identify investors, grants, banking products and more. HighPath is working to automate the matching and application or diligence process to provide businesses with a single solution for running their fundraise.

About You

We’re looking for a Client Operations Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our client services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide support, and ensure they have a positive experience with our platform. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their funding and platform inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance client services.
  • Support in monitoring our funding database and growing it as we develop new funding partners.

  • Experience in client services or operations, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

Requirements
  • Motivated to work in an early-stage startup: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client services, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience with operations and project management: Good at managing lots of projects and being incredibly organized.
  • Excited to support Canadian businesses: Enjoy being on the phone and learning how we can support our clients.
  • Located in Toronto: Based in Toronto and willing to work from our office.
  • Familiarity with operations and sales tools like Copilot, Slack, Hubspot, and Asana.
