WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This is not your typical onboarding role. You won't just be checking boxes or handing off tickets.
You'll be leading the charge—designing world-class onboarding experiences, building automations that save clients hours (or days), and turning everything you touch into a repeatable, scalable system.
You'll wear the hats of strategist, systems architect, builder, and team lead. You'll own the entire onboarding and automation pipeline—and build out the department underneath you.
YOUR MISSION
As our Client Onboarding & Automation Lead, you'll:
Own The Client Experience
- Lead onboarding calls and dig deep into clients' goals, stack, and workflows
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable setup plans
- Keep everything organized and on track from signed deal to live launch
- Become the trusted go-to for clients throughout onboarding
️ Build Seamless Automations
- Set up CRM workflows, lead routing, follow-up sequences, and booking logic
- Use tools like Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot to integrate systems
- Create automations that just work—saving clients time and making us look world-class
- QA and test obsessively before going live
Systematize & Scale
- Turn every onboarding into an SOP that can be reused
- Build playbooks, checklists, and templates for repeatable excellence
- Improve our internal onboarding engine so we can scale faster
Help hire, train, and manage future onboarding team members
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
- You've led client onboarding or implementation in SaaS, agency, or B2B environments
- You've built real automations in tools like Zapier, n8n, or GHL
- You think in workflows, edge cases, and systems—not chaos
- You're client-facing, confident on Zoom, and obsessed with clarity
- You take pride in shipping things that just work
- You want to lead a team, not just follow a checklist
- Bonus: You've touched CRM integrations, webhooks, APIs, or AI tools
