Introduction

IBM Consulting is a leading provider of technology-led transformation solutions powered by hybrid cloud and AI. The Client Growth Leader is responsible for driving sales of IBM Consulting solutions across our hybrid cloud, business transformation, and cybersecurity growth platforms. This role requires proven consulting and services experience in at least one Growth Platform, along with strong consulting delivery skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Create and close proactive deals with new clients or new Lines of Business.
  • Drive new business growth by generating opportunities and acquiring new clients in new logos or Lines of Business.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, identifying opportunities aligned with IBM's strategic offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Coordinate deal pursuits, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage pursuit teams as needed to advance deals through the sales process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solutioning, quality, and delivery, to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's Degree.
