Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in client service, relationship management, or financial services.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and building relationships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day client support by handling service requests and inquiries with professionalism.
• Build relationships and proactively identify client needs for timely resolutions.
• Leverage BMO products to connect clients with suitable solutions.
• Monitor service resolutions and maintain a positive client experience.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Analyze client feedback and data to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex issues.
• Provide market insights to drive product/service enhancements.
• Maintain compliant documentation and adhere to risk controls.
• Use sound judgment, escalating when appropriate to balance needs and risk.
