Job description

Location - Regina/ Saskatoon

The Client Executive position is designed for an individual who is passionate about building relationships and supporting business growth. The Client Executive – Enterprise Sales will work to grow our End-User, Data Centre, Professional Services, and Staff Augmentation sales and be the contact point for Horizon’s Enterprise sales clients in a location and surrounding areas. Additionally, the Client Executive will work with the rest of the Horizon Team to achieve organizational and sales goals.

Client Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships between the client and the team.
  • Assist in the development of client projects, including solution vision, statements of work, hardware, software, labour, and cost estimates.
  • Develop business to meet team targets.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the team and foster a positive team environment.
  • Protect team members' rights as required under governing law and Horizon policies.
  • Develop personnel sales proficiencies and personal skills through planning and positive mentorship.
Productivity
  • Create and manage sales opportunities.
  • Assist in sales strategies.
  • Lead sales of Horizon solutions, products, and services to clients as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Manager, Project Lead, and Project Manager.
Leadership
  • Promote the messages, standards, and image of the Horizon brand.
  • Follow, encourage, and enforce Horizon’s policies.
  • Assist in mentoring fellow employees.
Reporting
  • Report directly to the Regional Manager.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Team Lead, Service Coordinators, Project Leads, and Project Managers.
