CIBC in Vaudreuil-Dorion is seeking a Client Engagement Associate to support clients in a fast-paced Banking Centre. You will answer questions, help with transactions, and promote digital banking options to meet daily banking needs.

You’ll connect clients with the right solutions and team members, complete basic product sales, and travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance. This is an on-site, full-time role with evenings and weekends as needed.

What you'll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you'll work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, leveraging your knowledge of financial services products to support clients with their everyday banking needs. As a Client Engagement Associate, you'll be the first line of support —answering questions, assisting with transactions, guiding clients through digital banking options, and connecting them with the right solutions and team members to support their financial goals. In this role, you'll assist with transactions, complete sales of basic banking products, identify opportunities for specialist referrals, and strengthen client relationships while contributing to your banking centre's succes. You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience, you’re flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
