As the Client Director for Louis Vuitton Canada, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global and comprehensive client strategy for the region. You will oversee and lead the entire client journey across all segments, crafting exceptional experiences and building brand loyalty.

Missions

1. Strategy Development: Design and lead the client recruitment and retention strategy for the region in collaboration with Louis Vuitton Americas corporate partners, ensuring alignment with the global vision and objectives.
2. Team Management: Manage the Client Development and Client Relations teams to execute this strategy, with a focus on existing top clients and emerging high net-worth clients.
3. Client Competencies: Enhance client-related skills across all retail levels, set expectations for outreach and engagement, and support the team in creating tailored development plans.
4. Client Initiatives: Oversee client plans for major development initiatives and events, aligning them with business goals and ensuring a seamless, elevated experience.
5. Post-Event Analysis: Review post-activation and event insights for team coaching and future planning.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the full client budget.

Profil

We seek an experienced professional with over 10 years in developing high-potential clients and delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, talent development, and project management skills, with a growth mindset and cultural curiosity. Experience in budget management and thriving in fast-paced environments are essential. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
