Position Summary

Join our team and help create a healthier and safer tomorrow for Ontario’s Public Sector Community!

Reporting to Manager, Product Marketing & Acquisition, the Client Data and Engagement Assistant will support the Client Experience team by updating and maintaining contact records in our CRM system. This role is ideal for a student interested in sales operations, business development, or data management. The student will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our client engagement systems.

Major Accountabilities

  • Connect with clients over the phone and by email to identify outdated or incorrect data and proactively correct discrepancies.
  • Employ creative approaches and research client organizations to confirm client information and determine a prime contact to reach out to.
  • Document and track interactions with clients in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maintain detailed and organized records.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication when engaging with clients to foster positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data management and integration.
  • Follow up with clients when necessary to obtain missing or updated information.
  • Generate weekly reports and summaries of activity based on updated CRM accounts and data.
  • Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional PSHSA products, services, and experts and continue to grow our lead pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confident engaging with clients via phone and email, maintaining a courteous and professional tone in all interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM or LMS systems is an asset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Details of the Role

Status: Contract

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week

Location: Remote in Ontario, Canada

Bargaining Unit Position: No

Travel Required: No

Classification: $ 20-25/hr
