Lincoln Animal Hospital team, in the Coquitlam Centre area, is looking for a receptionist. We are a small and passionate team working our way up to further excellence with our client and patient care. Expected Wage Range: $17.00 - $22.60
Our ideal Client Care/Receptionist builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, being respectful in all interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in clients in a friendly and warm manner; receiving incoming calls from current and prospective clients with a courteous and caring approach; appropriately screening calls; booking appointments; taking detailed messages; and providing knowledgeable non-medical information to clients. Additional duties involve performing various administrative tasks such as mail handling (receiving, sorting, distributing, posting), drafting memos and correspondence, completing reports, and other ad-hoc document requests.
