Operations Full Time Barrie, ON Hybrid $18 - $20 CAD per hour
The Client Care Specialist plays an important role in supporting the client experience and day-to-day flow of care at OCD North.
This role combines compassionate communication with strong coordination and follow-through. You help create the clarity, responsiveness, and structure that allows clients to feel supported from their first contact with the Clinic onward.
You are often one of the first people a client connects with. Your work helps ensure each person feels welcomed, informed, and guided through next steps with care and professionalism.
Who We Are
OCD North is a specialized OCD clinic providing evidence-based treatment with compassion, expertise, and clarity. We help children, teens, adults, and families access OCD-specific care in a way that feels warm, supportive, and grounded in proven treatment approaches, including Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP).
Core Purpose of The Role
To support the client journey with warmth, clarity, and consistency, especially during inquiry, intake, onboarding, and ongoing communication. Your work helps people access care smoothly, feel supported from the start, and stay connected to the practice with confidence.
By creating a strong first impression and helping client-facing processes run smoothly, you play an important role in both quality care and the continued growth of the Clinic.

Hours and Compensation
This role is a full‑time position with flexibility for in‑person and remote work, depending on the needs of the practice, the candidate’s location, and fit.
Compensation for this role starts between $18-20/hour, with an opportunity to progress to a salaried position within three months. This position offers significant earning potential tied to performance‑based targets.
