Role Overview: As a Remote Client Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their banking needs. Your role will be to listen, solve problems, and guide clients through our services with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats from clients regarding banking services
Provide support for account questions, transactions, and digital banking tools
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
Update and maintain accurate client records
Escalate concerns when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and response time
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in customer service (banking or call center experience is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
