As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will help protect individuals’ most valuable assets. You will deliver outstanding client service with a positive, friendly approach, and educate clients about our products in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

A day in the life –

• Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, developing the best coverage in Personal Insurance (habitational, travel, automobile)
• Follow up on sales leads and referral prospects
• Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are issued accurately and promptly
• Achieve sales and retention targets
• Maintain high product knowledge through continuous education

What you will bring to the team –

• Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance
• Level 2 General Insurance License (asset but not required)
• Proactive in delivering exceptional client service
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and urgency
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to drive sales initiatives

Industry designations such as CIP, CAIB, CRM, or Risk Management Diploma are assets.

Salary Expectations –

The salary range is $45,000 to $55,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and specific role factors. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, bonuses, and commissions for some roles.
