Position Title: Client Care Representative – Bilingual (English/French)
Reports To: Manager, Group Client Care Centre
Department: Group Client Care Centre
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Ottawa
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET
Start Date: August 18 or September 2, 2025 (please note: a six-week training program will be required upon completion of our EQ Orientation program)
You will work remotely from your home office 100% of the time. Occasional in-person attendance may be required at our Waterloo, ON office or other locations within the Waterloo Region, and travel may be necessary for sales roles.
Our Client Care Representatives are experts in our Health and Dental products, capable of quickly resolving customer inquiries and issues. We provide extensive training to ensure you can assist and educate clients effectively, without upselling.
Some of your time will be dedicated to projects and initiatives that promote organizational growth.
As a brand ambassador, you'll provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, resolving health and dental inquiries using your knowledge of group benefits and demonstrating accountability. Your duties include handling calls and responding to emails, with opportunities to collaborate with the Fraud Investigations team on suspicious claims.
