No prior experience necessary to join our team. We offer complete training and the opportunity to obtain your Level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of employment.

As an Auto Associate, you will advise new and existing clients in the branch on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance. You will build relationships and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.

A day in the life:

  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
  • Offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
  • Process auto insurance transactions such as renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our departments
  • Perform administrative duties like answering calls and inventory restocking

Salary Expectations: The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000, impacted by skills, experience, location, and specific role factors.
