HUB International in Kamloops is seeking an Auto Insurance Trainee who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. No license? No problem—comprehensive training and support will help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.

You’ll build relationships with clients and dealership partners, promote ICBC and private insurance products, hit daily/weekly/monthly targets and provide an exceptional customer experience while growing your career with HUB.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions: renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance.
• Support the branch by taking calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations – The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
