Client Care Representative - Auto Insurance Trainee

As an Auto Associate, you will advise clients on automobile insurance, build relationships, and offer solutions with diverse insurance products while achieving targets. Continuous learning opportunities are available to help you meet licensing and career goals.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership reps
• Offer ICBC and private insurance products
• Handle auto insurance transactions (renewals, plates, transfers, cancellations, payments)
• Upsell and cross-sell insurance products
• Perform administrative duties (phone, inventory restock)
