We’re seeking a Client Care & Marketing Coordinator to join our tight-knit, high-performance team. This person will be the behind-the-scenes magic-maker, coordinating marketing efforts and managing client experience systems.

You’ll be responsible for delivering the heart of our business: a client journey that is seamless, thoughtful, and unforgettable. From preparing social media posts to scheduling post-possession deliveries, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is on-brand and on-time. This role blends creative marketing with operational precision and concierge-level care.

Compensation: $25 - $29 an hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  1. CRM management
  2. Coordinating the rhythms of a Listing or Purchase
  3. Client communication
  4. Buyer tour organization
  5. Email and Calendar management
  6. Marketing preparation
  7. Social media and Website ownership
  8. Event planning
  9. Office conservation

Qualifications:

  1. Shows the ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  2. Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
  3. Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
  4. Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
  5. A constant drive to improve the experience of clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
  6. Your schedule is flexible, and you will be willing to work weekends and evenings when necessary
  7. Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  8. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
