Job description

We are looking for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the continued success of our Guelph, ON (Campus Estates Shopping Centre) hearing clinic. This full-time contract role covering a ~15 month leave. This opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills open to starting in a contract capacity with potential for extension or consideration for other nearby clinics at the end of the contract.


Key Position Information:

  • $21 - $24 per hour starting compensation based on experience + quarterly bonus entitlement tied to clinic profitability
  • 8:30 - 4:30 pm working hours Monday to Friday
  • Onsite position based at our Campus Estates Shopping Centre HearCANADA clinic in Guelph
  • Contract role covering an approximate 15 month leave with potential for extension

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinic
  • Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics
  • Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Guelph's number one choice for hearing care
  • Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting clinicians with hearing product sales
  • Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinic

What we are looking for:

  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalency; post-secondary education or courses in marketing, business, or healthcare would be an asset, though not required
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, and retail/b2c sales
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required as some localized travel will be required
  • An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
