Steele Auto Group has an immediate requirement for a Client Care Associate to support our Nova Scotia New Brunswick and PEI locations!

Location : Remote with occasional travel (less than 5%) to dealerships in throughout Atlantic Canada.

This opportunity provides a progressive call center environment that incudes NO WEEKENDS NO EVENINGS and NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS!!!

The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00pm with an anticipated start date of May 12th 2025.

Earn a competitive Base Wage of $17.15 to $19.90 per hour plus a Bonus of up to $600 per month.

What Youll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Mission!) :

Your main goal Deliver top-notch customer experiences with a smilewhether thats over the phone via email or any other channel they reach out on. Heres a peek at what your day might look like :

Delivering friendly helpful and professional support to customers via phone email and morethink VIP concierge vibes.

Scheduling appointments and reminding customers about upcoming service needs like the organized rockstar you are.

Keeping things running smoothly by managing your workload and juggling priorities with ease.

Following up on inquiries and solving issues with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Keeping customer records up to date and handling confidential info with care.

Collaborating with our dealerships to ensure seamless communication and top-tier customer service.

Jumping in where neededwhether its updating systems resolving issues or lending a hand on the fly.

What Were Looking For :

Bilingual in French and English Thats a big plus!

Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and Microsoft Office know-how (Outlook Excel Word).
